Breakfast worth waking up for
Every morning begins with one of the highlights of your stay.
Enjoy a generous cooked and continental breakfast, freshly prepared using quality local ingredients, and served with genuine West Coast hospitality.
It’s a chance to linger over great food, plan the day ahead and discover the hidden places that only locals know.
Many guests tell us it’s the best breakfast of their New Zealand journey.

Dining
Enjoy the hosted slow-smoked two-course evening meal in the company of other guests.
The meal is hickory smoke-infused, slow-cooked meats of the day, accompanied by gourmet potatoes and fresh salad from our garden, and followed by dessert.
We require a minimum of two people for the dinner, but this may be comprised of people from separate bookings. Even if you are travelling alone, feel free to contact us in advance of your arrival as we may already be cooking on your night of arrival.
You are welcome to bring your own drinks to dinner or to purchase some from a small selection of beer and wine on-site.
Please provide 24 hours' notice prior to your arrival, as the slow-cooked meat takes some time to prepare.
If you want something different for dinner, there are several dining options in Greymouth.
The nearest hotel and restaurant, Paroa Hotel, is only 3.7 kms from us, and serves good wholesome pub food. A further 5kms will provide a number of gastronomic options for guests. These range from eating takeaways while dolphin spotting at the river mouth, to gastro pubs, ethnic and fusion restaurants, and a finer dining restaurant.
