Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We adhere to a strict cancellation and no-show policy. As we are a small business and last-minute cancellations affect us disproportionately. Accordingly, we will charge 100% of the total booking price for cancellations (or reduction in number of nights stayed) within Seven (7) days of the arrival date, or in the case of non-arrival.

Failure to contact us to arrange an arrival after 8pm, will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Please be aware that by confirming your booking and supplying your credit card details you are accepting our Cancellation and no-show Policy.

Child Policy

We do not accept children.

Maximum occupancy policy

All our suites contain a single queen bed and the maximum occupancy is TWO (2).
There are no roll-away beds or couches suitable for sleeping on.
Please note that accommodating additional guests could also breach our fire safety regulations.

Pets policy

Service dogs are welcome
No pets are permitted as we have Weka living on the property.

Damages policy

Any damage/loss caused to the motel or chattels, whether intentional or not, will be the responsibility of the registered guest. Any charges or costs incurred will be passed to the registered guest (including insurance excess) by debiting the credit card provided or by invoice.

Food smells policy

Residual cooking smells that leave us unable to sell the room the following day will incur 2 x full accommodation charges per night that we are unable to sell the room due to the need to relocate incoming guests.

Office Hours

We are available between 8 am and 8 pm daily.

Check-in time is between 3 and 8 pm. Check-out time 10 am.
